I ordered the Shak full zip in the snow color, which looks white on the website. And with a name like "snow," I expected white. But they ought to rename it "fog," because it is a light grey, not even close to white. The grey is a nice color, and I kept it, but fyi don't buy one expecting it to be white.
I love the jacket, wear it all the time and will probably be back to buy one in black too.

I actually already owned this jacket and lost it. I have been sad ever since and for my 50th birthday I had my husband buy me another one the exact same color. I am so pleased to have it once

Thistle Heather is much bluer than the grey that I anticipated. Like the blue better than grey.
I use the sweater every day. So far has held up very well.

I wear this shak as a sweater during the work day and a light jacket for fall and spring. What a great find!It sports attractive lines and has a good below the hip length. The "feel" and comfort of this jacket/sweater is what sells this, hands down! I'll be getting one for each of my girls soon because I want them to have the pleasure...

Shak was as expected-superfunctional and light. The sleeves turned out to be a bit long which surprised me, but I'm thinking that my arms are just a bit short. The fit is roomier than I expected, and maybe next time I purchase Ibex, I'll try the small (I ordered online without trying on).
I don't want to seem shallow, but I believe that this little jacket makes my life better because functional items that you do their job invisibly & efficiently, give my mind the freedom to think about other stuff.

I received my first Shak as a birthday gift from my husband, and I loved it so much that I ordered a second in another color. (I now have it in "saddle" and "alligator.") This Shak fits perfectly, feels smooth, and keeps me comfortable in a range of temperatures. I use mine for biking, walking, and general wear, and I think they will be great for cross-country skiing come winter. One or both of my Shaks will be accompanying me to Europe next month. This is a great product! I'm sold on Ibex's Merino wool clothing.
