Comments about Ibex El Fito Bib 3/4:
I had been looking up and down for wool bottoms, either bib knickers, or padless tights to wear over normal clothes. This really fill a niche in the wardrode.
The chamois is excellent, and the bibs generally are comfortable. I had to knock them down a notch because they are a bit baggy in the thighs. Having been used to Giordana knickers, these felt a little loose, but that might appeal to some. I simply prefer skin tight.
They are breathable, warm, and hold the insulation even when wet. Perfect for the chilly and wet winters here in Georgia.

Comments about Ibex El Fito Bib 3/4:
I ride every day, bicycle being my primary transportation. Three to four times a week, I take long (50+ miles) rides and have been unhappy with other riding pants after the first couple of hours. These, however, are perfect. Truly. No discomfort, no bunching, no shifting, no numb or sore spots. For the first time in years, the length of my rides is dictated exclusively by my legs and lungs. Thanks mucho, Ibex.

I love these bibs and have been wearing them under tights this winter. They feel great and are very warm.
Pro
-cover the knee for a little added warmth
-very durable so far
-love the wind resistant material on knee
Con
-They are a little short in the leg. Wish they went mid-calf but they hit me just below the knee

If you ride in sub-45 degree weather, do yourself a favor and get a couple pair of these. Awesome pad is good for long winter rides. I can get by without tights on most rides in central Virginia.

Comments about Ibex El Fito Bib 3/4:
Really nice. Breathes and can be ridden in wide range of temperatures. The pad is a little thick and bulky but the new model looks like it is smoother. No itching. Never stinks!

Comments about Ibex El Fito Bib 3/4:
I ride these in cool weather, and they are sweet! Last night I was night riding in the rain with these and a synthetic jersey and softshell - my legs stayed warm and dry, but my top felt cool and clammy. What a comparison between fabrics! They are a big gear investment but so far worth the price.
I am super skinny, but the mediums fit perfect.
It would be great if there were some reflective strips on it, since they are basically an outer layer used in cold (i.e.; gets dark early) climates.

Comments about Ibex El Fito Bib 3/4:
I've logged about 200 miles in cool temperatures in the El Fitos. They fit very well and are comfortable over the range of temperatures typical of New England autumn rides (40 at the start, 50-60 at the end). The chamois is comfortable, although it's taken me a while to get accustomed to it, as it's thicker than those in my regular riding shorts (Giordana and Castelli). The hem on the calves can ride up while pedaling, especially when I first start out, but tends to stay put after a while...maybe the elastic and my muscles warm up and make it stickier? The bib straps have a snug fit but are not restrictive.
