Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
I love the fit and looks of this jersey. I'm 5'10", 165 lb., and the medium size fits me perfectly. I've worn it on road bike rides where the day starts out at 55 degrees and gets up to 85 degrees by the end of the ride, and have been comfortable. The jersey is far superior to my synthetic jerseys in moisture and temperature regulation. My only complaint, also noted by another reviewer, is that the three back pockets are too narrow, making it difficult to reach into the pockets with a gloved hand. Even so, this is my favorite jersey. Maybe I can recycle my synthetic jerseys back into plastic bottles.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
Has become my go-to jersey. Took a couple rides to get used to the feel, but for a chilly April and May, it has worked out perfectly. Warms without suffocating, breathes perfectly, looks stylish, and didn't need washing until after about the fifth ride -- a 4.5 hr. ride.
Haven't tried it in true warm weather yet.
I sized up one as suggested here. The large fits well width-wise, but it's way too long. The pockets are built well, but are far too narrow; they either need to be wider, or shallower. With standard cycling gloves on, if I reach all the way in, my hand gets so caught in the pocket that I practically have to pull the jersey off to get it back out.
Overall, however, I'm quite pleased.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
Bought this because of my fondness for my Ibex sweaters and it's become my favorite jersey. The fit of the XXL is form fitting on me. (6'3" with a little extra bulk around the middle and 50" chest) Just about perfect for a bike jersey and it really looks good! The wool is great. Very soft, very durable, breathable, and great temperature regulation. It doesn't get that clammy feel of synthetic jerseys and doesn't develop the sweaty funk from a long day of use. It's got a nice clean look, with no race logos or neon colors.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
I have been an avid Ibex user as I like the way the micro wool lasts, just keeps going wash after wash, wicks and dries & doesn't smell (even when abandoned in the laundry hamper) - when I got the SS Jersey, I did get the XL after reading a few warning reviews - I am a constant LG, the XL is a LG so beware. I used it first on a raining cold day doing what was best spinning indoors for 2 hours in a crowded room with other spinners, this jersey soaked up my sweat in no time but didn't feel uncomfortable and I vented it by unzipping the front, afterwards it was becoming dry in about 15 minutes, it was soaked. Outdoors it feels great, wicks perfectly and unzipping creates that extra cooling, the construction and fit is perfect and the rear pockets well - makes it what it is - keep it up!

This is now my go-to jersey for warm weather rides. It's a close-fitting medium, which makes it feel more aero, but if you like a loose fit, go up a size.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
My first all wool jersey and it's great. Love the fact that it works just as good as all the other synthetic stuff I have but without any smells. It also drys just as fast if not faster after washing. The only thing is that Ibex size charts regarding chest size if off by 1 size. I check w/ them and the size charts they have is different than the one posted on the website so I had to do a very painless and easy exchange. Hopefully they can update it soon for future customers.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
Took over 4 hours of racing for the smell to come through this jersey, actually that is the time it takes for my own smelly self to permiate this fantastic, comfortable, durable jersey! Even after 6 hours, you could wear the shirt again! Thanks for making a shirt that is as good for racing as riding around the woods!

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
What's great? the lighter, cooler fabric, the snug, aerodynamic fit, and the simple use of color contrast in the design.
What's not so great? the bottom hem isn't snug enough.
Where do I use the Indie SS? rides in the mountains with temps 50 and above.
What else? It would be great to have separate sleeves of this material to create an alternative to the heavy, warmer ones available now.

Comments about Ibex Indie SS Jersey:
My first full wool jersey and it's a great experience. It wicks so well that I considered wearing it a couple more times before washing. The fabric feels great and it works even in one of the hotter/drier days down here. If I have to be picky, it's that the sleeves can ride up sometimes, but it doesn't even happen that often. Overal a great jersey and will keep for a long time.

I had been wearing the Fausto for a few years now, but I have retired them. This is now my go to jersey, grab some arm warmers and a wind vest and you'll be able to get through a lot of weather. Now that I love this jersey so much, I can't wait till the full zip version comes out next season.
