I mostly ride my bike to work and after work I head to the Mountain for my stress release ride! I'm very pleased with these knickers. They are very comfortable plus they look great under skirts! haha :)

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
During the fall and winter months I wear my knickers every day while cycling. They're very warm and only found myself putting on another layer when the weather got into the single digits!
They're so comfortable I could wear them all day everyday.....i'm even wearing them right now! These knickers breathe and flex well. Although they are the only knickers I've tried on or purchased I wouldn't even bother looking at any other brand. Whatever the chamois was that all those reviews are talking about it must have been removed cause I have no discomfort whatsoever. I know the price is a little much but so far it seems worth it!

These were comfortable and I liked them, however they don't have a pocket and it would be nice if they were offer with or without a pad.

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
I bought these for my 10 mile RT commute. They are fabulous. The wool makes them warmer and less bike-geeky than spandex, and they do a pretty good job of blocking light to moderate winds. And compared to spandex shorts, these really do "just feel right", more organic and breathable. Usually with bike shorts my abdomen gets kind of sweaty and damp, but not with these. I also love that they come down below my knees (and I'm 5'8" with relatively long thighs.) For temps in the 40s-50s I wear them with knee socks and am just right, not too hot or cold. And sort of retro looking, like an old-time Swiss mountaineer. At first the chamois placement felt a bit odd, like it needed to be scootched towards the front, but it's turned out to be super comfy and less obtrusive than some others. Caveat: I haven't worn these for long rides, and I also wear undies under them (I know one isn't supposed to, but chafing isn't a problem for me and makes it easier to change at work). My husband bought his own pair, at my urging, and he loves his too. My only minor gripe is that the fabric on the back of the legs has pilled a bit where it must rub against the saddle or something. But I think that happens with other bike shorts too. These are my favorite piece of cycling clothing. I just love 'em!

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
I'd heard the great things about merino wool and about Ibex. Today, I was desperate for some quality cool weather biking pants and found these. I tried them on and knew immediately they'd be perfect for biking around Seattle during the rainy season. I'm still getting used to the chamois, which seems a little thin, but overall, they did the job! Can't wait to try them mountain biking!

Don't have enough miles on them yet to comment on the chamois. It seems comfy enough now...

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
These keep me at a perfect temperature worn alone or under longer tights. The back is nice and high, so you never get a gap between your jersey and the knickers. I may purchase another pair, as I find I'm ignoring my previous favorites made by other manufacturers. My only complaint would be that sometimes the seam where the chamois meets the rest of the fabric causes a bit of chafing whether or not I use chamois cream. I imagine this might go away as the materials soften over time.

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
I bought a pair of these several years ago, loved them so much bought a second pair. Recently on one pair the chamois delaminated and I sent them back. The replacement pair had a different chamois that is terrible. It is positioned in a strange place in the knicker and is not nearly as comfortable as the old one. As much as I love the fabric, I won't buy another pair of knickers or shorts unless the chamois is different.

I love these bike knikers, they are perfect and I would highly recommend them. They are so comfortable and they also look much better than any other cycling shorts, pants, or skirt that I own.

Comments about Ibex El Fito 3/4 Bike Knickers:
These bike knickers are just the ticket. They're perfect for everything but the hottest days. The chamois could use a little help, but I've never found one I was happy with, really. It still is much nicer than the alternative. Which is either other people's shorts, or no shorts. And the wool is perfect for anything. I love that these cover my knees, and I happily pair them with ski socks on a cloudy day, and then I'm totally covered without getting things caught in my chain. The fabric is the perfect weight, not too thin, not too thick, but I would say it would be lovely for ibex to make full length bike tights that were one weight thicker than these, then the cold weather folks would be covered. I love these knickers!! Very comfortable, and they don't hurt my tummy, which is a super positive for me...
