I use this product for bicycle riding and Nordic skiing. It works great. The material is double thick over the ears to keep the cold and wind out while the single layer over the top of the head helps keep you cool and dry. Has great coverage over the ears but could be a bit tighter on my head to help wick moisture quicker when used alone. No issue fitting it under a helmet.

I like the Zepher Skull Cap. It stretches to fit and covers the ears very well. It is very silky soft so it is comfortable against your skin. My only con was the material is too light weight. In cold temps it works best as a liner under your other hat. It kind of like long underwear for your head.

It is fine for running or cycling under a helmet. For long walks or hikes if it is windy at all the cold cuts right through it.

This is a really nice product, it fits my big melon really well and gives your ears full coverage so it is super warm. It is a perfect thickness as well. Then I let my girlfriend try it on and it fit her small head really nicely as well so now she steals it and uses it all the time so I need another. I got 2 at sale price but would definitely pay full retail.

I really like this hat for under my helmet. Protects the ears really well. I have a small head though (does not reflect brain capacity) and I had to shrink it by washing and drying it. After that it was fine.
