I love the fit and feel of these pants. They do change length and shape between washes, shifting from smart casual to more frumpy, but I guess that's the way with a knit pant. I am 5'9" with a 32"-33" inseam and can make these work by stretching them out of the washer and hanging dry. I would wear them more but have noticed as I hang them that they are thinning in the seat and I'm not ready to lose them. My favorite uses are where I need to slip on something warm to be moderately active, to walk the kids to school, to shovel the walk, for transitioning from strenuous activity to more relaxed. I agree with other reviewers that they are perfect for wearing on flights. They look good enough for special occasions too but they are just too delicate, and easy to snag, for a full day's mix of activities. Ibex - any chance you could duplicate this fit in a more durable knit? (Especially if it still fits us longer legged ladies.)

These are flattering pants. They are "slim fit" around the hips but then are loose and wide down the leg. These are different from the loose tights in that they are wider/straighter down the leg and have a cross-over waist band and the loose tights are bootcut without a cross-over waist band. They tend to run long but I will just hem them. I would rather exercise in the loose tights and lounge around in the Izzi pants.

These pants are the greatest. Just purchased my third pair.
I can dress them up with a nice top and have a classy evening outfit and the next day wear them on a 6 mile romp through the woods with the dog. Staying warm and dry all the while.

Love the Izzie Pants. I own 2 pair. I live in these pants during the weekend. I have worn them on long, cold runs, to the grocery store, to sporting events, to lounge. You can do anything in these pants. The waist band adds some style. They hug the bottom and legs nicely. I'm 5'7", 135 lbs. and the medium size fits great.

I wear these pants to lounge around at home and for low impact sports. I did wear these to a 5k run but because the hem soaked up the wet and mud the pants got saturated and started dragging down. When I tried to wash the pants they cleaned up fairly nicely and did not shrink.

This pant is very flattering, I wear it from sitting around the house to taking the kids ice skating, to the gym and to the store! They look nice and feel great and are super warm for these VT winters. I have washed them a couple of times and there has been no shrinkage.

These are such versatile pants. They look quite elegant with nice black flats and pearls.They are comfy enough for lounging by the woodstove with some knitting all day long. They stay presentable after hours of sitting at meetings. The waist band is of a great cross over design. My only complaint - being on the shorter side - is that they do not come in a shorter length. Hemming inches of this great fabric seems like a waste.
