The hooded shak was the best buy I have made this year. It's overall luxury ranged from a morning wake up at camp to a gorgeous sunset by the beach. It was a great mid lay for me and I would defiantely recomment to all my friends.

I wear this sweater all the time - around town, skiing, climbing, doing science field-work, backpacking, everything! I can wear it for days and it never smells - a perfect warm, super-breathable midlayer for pretty much anything. I've been wearing it most days for 8 months and the only wear is in the lining around the thumbholes/ cuffs, otherwise it looks like new!

Everyone should have a hooded shak - you can use this top for a handful of purposes. I have had the top for a few weeks and have work it to work, skiing, and showshoeing. Its warm, and i love the thumb holes and the hood. I am 5'3", ordered a medium and it fits me perfectly. The color (cherry rose) looked a little more red online, but i am happy with the actual color, which is more of a dark pink. I would love to have this top in another color!

I love this and wear it all the time in the house in the evenings. I also wear it to sleep in as I get very cold at night. It is very comfortable and I could live in it except for the sleeve cuffs, which I wish had more give. I have a very hard time pushing up the sleeves which I attempt to do when doing dishes, giving my daughter a bath, or when it just gets a little warm. That's my only complaint. I just love the fabric.

I love everything about this hoodie...the thumbholes might be my favorite...but I have red tabby cats and Border Collies and their hair shows up very well on the black fabric. Wish I'd picked another color. I do have alot of pet rollers with me now...and in the end, who cares? I love the warmth, washability...

At last count I have something like 34 pieces of Ibex ... and this is the one I just want to wear all the time. I put it on in the morning when it's chilly to sit and drink coffee, and then to walk the dogs, and then to ride my bike to work, and then after work, etc .... It is warm, comfortable, and flattering. It goes anywhere.
I am 5'10"/125 and a small fits me perfectly. Sleeves and body are long enough etc. I love the thumbholes too. I just wish it came in more colors ...
