I wear this weight Ibex 3 seasons here in NC! I wear this as a layer while working and riding at a horse farm. No other techncial fabric compares in breathability and temperature range. This shirt provides a great layer of warmth, while the zip necks and breathable lightweight wool keeps you from getting too hot once you start generating some body heat. Love the fit too - I am 5'4 and petite and the XS is just right in body and sleeve length.

Wow, I didn't realize that this was a product for avid cyclists!
I use mine (this is the second) for teaching, meetings, sitting at my
desk or in coffee shops, and then some cross country skiing
or biking around! Also for tai chi.

I tend to be cold, so I like having a comfy base layer for layering,
that also looks nice if I peel down!

I also have the Indie crew and both of these are my favorite shirts for exercising outdoors. I tend to overheat easily so the light weight and ability to ventilate with the zip neck helps me regulate my temp perfectly. Like the other reviewer, I wore this nonstop during the recent DC blizzards (we had 3 in the space of a month) both while outside and indoors cozying up to my dogs and watching TV (I keep my furnace turned way down so this is great to wear indoors instead of a down jacket or heavy fleece). I also love the bittersweet/rose color combo, very stylish and unusual.

I used this product as casual wear and travel for our yearly ski vacation. I wore it with a vest and my Ibex loose tights II and felt warm, stylish but not encumbered by lots of clothes. It was great for wearing around the lodge with a sweater or vest.

When ordering tops from Ibex I order a Large even though I'm usually a medium. I'm 5 foot 10, and weight 135. I have long arms and I love that these clothes have long arms too.

I have been wearing this under a sweater in the big NE snow blizzard and I love the more substantial weight of the fabric. It keeps me toasty warm without having to wear multiple layers.
