I think that I own 5 Shak's now. A couple of the same color-Black-because the Shak is the quintessential all-arounder for me. Stylish enough to be worn for work, comfortable enough to be one of the first pieces that I reach for, warm enough to wear over a t-shirt and get outside and get active and diverse enough that it can be worn with a down vest and a pair of jeans for a night out. The Shak is the MACK!

This is the second Shak Jersey I've purchased. I wear it for outdoor activities and casual events. This product washes well and really maintains its shape and appearance. You get what you pay for with Ibex!

I was hesitant at first to order a men's Shak, but am so glad I did! The heather gray is a wonderful, versatile, comfortable color that goes with everything I have. The fit is great -- nice and long in the body yet slim enough to be flattering.

I own two Shaks, and a couple of scouts and a couple of Zephers. I like the weight and feel of the Shaks best, and they appear to be holding up the best. The Scout for cycling is a little baggy, but the chest zipper is nice for my card pass and a debit card for snacks. The Zepher is thinner and better for warmer weather, but the seams are fraying. I wish they still made the cycling jacket, I've got one but I wonder what I'll do when it wears out. Plus they should make a heavier cycling jacket with a nylon chest panel, and dual pockets in the back.

My first IBEX was a Scout. It was too itchy for me without a long-sleeved base layer. The Shak is perfect. Yes, the sleeves are long, as the reviews state that all IBEX garments seem to be, but long is better than short and if it shrinks, I've got some leeway. I love it. I haven't washed it yet, but don't expect problems.
