In a word, I love this top. It is versatile, serving as a medium-weight base layer, or as a shirt to wear out to dinner (at leas at any restaurant that I would patronize). It's comfortable, warm, and has gotten a few compliments for its looks. I could even picture wearing this over a Woolies base layer for a casual hike. Of course, without pockets, it's not a substitute for a cycling jersey on a long ride, but it's fine for riding about town.

I have worn the Zepher almost every day this winter, I work and play outside and the Zepher has turned out to be my first choice for warmth and comfort. It works great for layering, very soft and it never smells no matter how hard I work or play. I bought a second so I would always have a clean one ready to go.

I actually haven't used it for cycling all that much--but I have hardly taken it off. I wear it as a warmth layer, cooling layer and various other uses. I love this garment!

I wear either a zephyr T or crew in winter virtually every day - they have become standard wear for almost any occasion - super design, fit, perfect weight for me, and super comfortable....and they keep you warm!!!

I travel to Paris frequently and am asked constantly where these are available - my response is always ...made in USA!!!

I wanted a baselayer that I could take snowboarding or fall/winter running. And, 'cause I'm a bit of a diva, I wanted it to look sharp. The Zephyr has fit the bill on all accounts so far (can't wait to take it on the mountain). Sometimes, merino baselayers bug me, but this has been stellar.

Know that it's a really slim fit; if you're broad-shouldered or muscly, upsize. I probably should have gone to XL, but I wanted a bodyfit. I hope it doesn't shrink much, which could render it unusable for me.

Be warned: Alpenglow is not the bright yellow it seems. It's more of a gold/orange. I've come around to liking it, but not as much as the brilliant shade in the picture. For that, 4.

This weight is prefect for summer use when you know you won't freeze later because its actually warmer when wet so I don't pack a rain shell (usually).
