Great style. I lusted after this top for ages but figured it wouldn't work for me (older, chesty). I finally ordered it for my niece but tried it on before I wrapped it. It looked wonderful if I do say so myself. I've gotten compliments every time I wear it and it makes me feel both slim and with it. Who cares if I need to wear a tank or top under it? The result is still fantastic.

I bought this as a gift and decided selfishly to keep it for myself. Very versatile. Wear it over a wool camisole, with a scarf around the neck, with or without layers over. Extremely soft and comfortable. It's perfect for moving in and out of different temperatures - warm without overheating. Sporty, stylish and a sexy neckline that I normally don't wear - the husband pays rapt attention when I wear this hoody.

Wash with delicate and dry low setting. I love to wear them with a shell underneath. Warm enough to wear at work in drafty halls!

I love this top! I've worn it 3 times since I got it. I wore it once by itself, and twice with a zip T-neck Woolie underneath. Since I knew I wanted to be able to layer it this way, I ordered a med when I'm usually a small. I also wore it under a Shak, and the hood is light enough to just disappear underneath, and not look like a lump.

If you're concerned about it being too low cut, I recommend wearing the Balance Bralette with it. It looks like you're wearing a camisole, not a bra.

These tops are adorable. I got two pairs on sale in kelp and triathlon red, and the colors are wonderful. The quality is great, made in the US! I live across the river from Ibex headquarters, and the order arrived within less than 24 hrs! It really helped reading other reviews before buying to know what to expect. Here are my own 5 cent: 1. These are cut small. I am 5.7'' and usually take an S, but got these in a M and they fit just right. 2. The neckline IS low, esp. if you are well endowed in the chest area. I have a cool pin to pin it down to wear as workwear, but a cami would work too. 3. The length is perfect, hits below the waistline. The fit is very feminine and flattering. Because the fabric is so thin, one needs to be very fit for the top to look its best. 4. I do expect some pilling--wool is prone to that. However, whatever ibex recomments, I always hand-wash all wool items, line dry them and steam-iron once they're dry. Takes some time but is easy, cost-efficient, eco-friendly, and minimizes shrinkage, pilling, stretching, and other fabric damage by a LOT, gives items a much longer life. 5. I have to admit that I'd never buy it at the full price--it's more of a baselayer or a casual top and is just not that much of an investment, like a coat or a vest or even a nice thick pair of pants.

I hope ibex continues to makes them in cool colors--purple would be nice. I wish they would make the neckline a bit higher and make the sleeve full length at least of 3/4--that's silly for the wool items. The hood could be a bit deeper; it's somewhat shallow now.

This top is perfect, except for the hood. I don't like shirts with hoods, so I tuck the hood in.

With the right bra, this is quite foxy.

The band under the bust might make it hard for some people to get on--it is a bit inflexible.

I love this top, and don't know why it wound up in the sale bin. Oh yeah, the hood.

I am 5'11", so this shirt is short on me, but pretty much everything is. It fits well, is a good layer, and is great to go from climbing or hiking out to dinner with friends, or I can wear it all day teaching and then out to play ultimate - very versatile and comfortable. Not super warm, but breathable and keeps off the smell. I've also gotten several compliments on the look - a definite keeper.
