International Shipping Policies
Canadian Orders
Ibex Outdoor Clothing is a registered non-resident importer in Canada. This allows us to greatly simplify the purchasing process for our Canadian customers. All Canadian orders will be shipped FedEx International Ground with the option of upgrading to UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express. GST, duty, and brokerage fees will be present on invoices for Canadian orders, so Canadian customers will not be required to make additional payments when their orders arrive.
Other International Orders
Non-Canadian international customers now have a choice between UPS Worldwide Expedited and Express.

* The rates of duty vary from garment to garment, so we have simplified the process by computing a weighted average, therefore allowing us to add the cost of duty to your shipment when you check out. This means that your order leaves Ibex faster, and you know exactly what you are being charged when you place your order.
** For the purposes of invoicing, brokerage and shipping & handling will be combined on FedEx International Ground shipments. The shipping and handling will read $40. |
