| Delivery |
For standard deliveries we use FedEx Ground which usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address. If you are in a hurry, we offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day service for an additional charge. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO or Post Office box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are confident you will be more than pleased with your Ibex purchase. If, however, you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange please complete the Merchandise Return Form and address label included with your order. Our normal shipping rate of $6.00 will be applied to merchandise exchanges. Returns or exchanges caused by an error on our part will not be assessed additional shipping and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be reimbursed.
