Ibex Outdoor Clothing's world headquarters are in White River Junction, VT. This location houses our offices and our warehouse space; there is no retail store at this location.

How do I make a return and/or exchange?

We are confident you will be more than pleased with your Ibex purchase. If however, you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange please complete the Merchandise Return Form. A reduced rate of $6.00 will be applied to merchandise exchanges. Returns or exchanges caused by an error on our part will not be assessed additional shipping and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be reimbursed. How do I determine my size in Ibex clothes?

We recommend a general body measurement guide to determine your size in Ibex clothing. This sizing chart is not garment specific, but in fact a body measurement chart. Here are some helpful hints when measuring:

Bust/Chest: relax arms at sides, keeping the tape parallel to the floor, measure the fullest part of your bust/chest

Waist: keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose, measure around your natural waistline

Hips: standing with heels together, keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around the fullest part of hips

Sleeve Length: a 3-point measurement, standing with arms relaxed and slightly bent at sides, measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder and then from the shoulder to the wrist bone, add together measurements

Form-fit: garment designed to fit snug to the body throughout
Semi-fit: garment will be contoured to the body
Relaxed-fit: garment drapes loosely on body
